Refund Policy

The refund policy is a set of guidelines that govern the process by which customers can receive a refund for a purchase. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent approach to handling refund requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
To initiate a refund, customers must adhere to certain conditions outlined in the policy. If the customer’s changed their mind or not wanting of certain personal reasons they will get a refund of about 80% of their originally paid amount within 7 Working Days. The refund policy will only we allowed for 7 days. If the customers didn’t like any of our Programs/Events they can personally guide as their idea or advice but there is no refund for such cases.
Once the refund request meets the necessary conditions, we strive to process it promptly. Our dedicated customer service team reviews and approves each request based on the policy guidelines. Upon approval, refunds are issued through the original payment method, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction for our customers. It is important to note that certain products or services may have specific refund policies due to their nature. In such cases, we clearly communicate any unique terms and conditions to customers prior to purchase, allowing them to make an informed decision.
